Repair, install, maintain
One team for the whole life of your system.
Repair
Detailed troubleshooting and component replacement for summer outages, from capacitors and contactors to fan motors and refrigerant problems.
Install
Premium AC installs sized to your square footage, not guessed. A properly sized system cools evenly, removes humidity and doesn't wear itself out cycling.
Maintain
Coil cleaning, refrigerant level checks and seasonal optimization so your AC is ready before the first heat wave.
Alberta asks more of your equipment.
Hot spells and wildfire smoke days mean more Calgary homeowners keep the windows shut in summer. A well-tuned AC keeps the house cool and keeps air moving through your filter.
Questions we hear a lot
What size air conditioner do I need?
It depends on your square footage, insulation, windows and layout. We size every system to the home instead of using a rule of thumb, so it cools evenly without short cycling.
Why is my AC running but not cooling?
Common causes are a dirty filter, a frozen coil, low refrigerant or a failed capacitor in the outdoor unit. Turn the system off if you see ice and call us for a diagnosis.
Can you add AC to my existing furnace?
In most homes, yes. A central AC uses your furnace's blower and ductwork. We'll check that your furnace and ducts can handle it before quoting.
When should I service my AC?
Spring is ideal, before the first hot week. Coil cleaning and a refrigerant check help it run efficiently all summer.
